Hello,

You may be experiencing a password sync issue with Skyward Finance \ HR. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Logon to the Allen ISD portal at https://portal.allenisd.org

2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

3. Select change password

4. Change the password to what it currently is (use your current password for both the old an new password)

5. Logoff the portal

6. Logon back on to the portal with the same password

7. From the portal screen, click the Finance & HR icon to logon to Skyward Finance (do not use any book marks or links from other sites--just the portal icon)

If the above does not work, please logon to the portal, click Help Desk, and reply to this ticket. Please include a screen shot of the issue and the best contact information, and someone will contact you ASAP.
