Submitting a Help Ticket

To submit a help ticket, follow the steps below:

1. Login to Allen ISD portal.
    
2. Click on the Help icon
   
    
3. Click on Submit Ticket in the top right corner of the page.
   
    
4. Enter the details as shown below and click Create Ticket.
